This Ad Agency specialises in Strategy, Direct Marketing / Promotional and Digital Marketing, and they are part of a network of more than thirty agencies in twenty countries.

They are currently seeking a Senior Production Manager / Project Manager who will tasked with overseeing a range of projects is from digital display (standard & rich banners) to more complex web / social/mobile applications.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a Digital Production Manager who will report to the Executive Creative Director.
The overall KPI of this role is to ensure best-in-class digital delivery. The range of projects are diverse -
and are likely to become more so - covering anything from digital display (standard & rich banners)
to more complex websites, social and mobile applications.
The role is key to ensuring efficacious delivery of digital assets. Furthermore, we believe a Digital
Production Manager is not just a technical person but also someone who understands that they've
got a product to manage and deliver.
For us, the DPM is a bridge between the Creative and Client Service departments, ensuring that the
creative vision is delivered to client service’s expectations and timelines. So, to do this role you’ll
need to have solid interpersonal skills and be an effective communicator.
You’ll require a meticulous planning ability, as you will be negotiating and authoring scoping
documents and technical specs. And, as excellent project management skills are a must, you
need to be able to delegate effectively and be committed to ensuring our clients receive the best
possible experience.

A level-head and ability to remain calm under pressure is vital - the role is often about trouble
shooting and problem solving, often under the constraints of tight deadlines.
You also need to be someone with a strong commercial sensibility.
In summary, we’d love someone who could deliver against the following criteria;
• You’ve experience dealing with large clients and the associated expectations
• You’re used to dealing with a range of different types of client contacts - from those who
may not be as familiar with digital briefs to those who are heavily technical (so it’ll be useful if
you are someone who can talk both terminology and laymen's
• You’ll have lots of experience working in a digital environment - not necessarily knowing the
finer particulars of digital development process (advantageous if you do), but used to
knowing common timelines for various types of digital projects
• You are known for your good communication skills and organisational abilities - so someone
used to dealing with multiple projects and various people at once
• You are positive and eager towards technology and its advancements
